Delegate Support Department

In the Delegate Support Department there is Maryrose, Lottie, Lauren, Claire and Rianna. Delegate Support are in charge of replying to all emails that have been sent by delegates and facilitators and collecting important information from all attendees. We store information on a database program called Bento so on the day we will be able to sort through folders to find delegate’s dietary needs, contact details etc. On the day we will run a register of attendees and hand out the gift bags and badges to facilitators and delegates. We also make sure that everybody is in the right room for their activities so that on the day Kids Connect will be well organized and run smoothly. We have learnt how to use bento, write a media release and how to set up a account and write a email.
